First track on the album, first song recorded for the album as well, however it was not the first song written for the album. I was going for a vibe similar to the style of the first "McCartney" album from 1970 for this one. Setting the tone for the rest of the record, that being a Do-It-Yourself kinda thing where I record everything and well, do it myself! It's a very loose recording and starts the record off with a count off, so that's kinda cool.

I wrote this song when, truly, I had nothing else to do. That was also (unknowingly) the evening of my last real day of high school, as the pandemic sorta cancelled the rest of my senior year. I'd packed my laptop and belongings to travel to a BPA competition that next morning so I decided to record something, writing this song on the spot as I had "nothing in the world to do".
